Lorelei walked around her large office, she was pacing and trying to keep herself busy; everything in her life had changed once again, she not only was a mother to a beautiful little girl, but she had so many different questions about her baby's father. Was Levi not really him, he was different than the times whenever she first saw him, or whoever it was pretending to be him...
He had changed over the years, that was true, but so had she; now she had the stress of understanding just who Elysia's father was, how Levi fit in her life now, and whom she fell in love with all those months back... It was all so confusing.
Sighing, Lorelei tugged on the bottom of her feminine green suit jacket; she always primped when her mind wandered away from her, but right then she needed to focus. Letters of bills piling up back in Louisiana kept coming up, her bank accounts were running dry, although she had taken most of the money with her, it was difficult to find a safe way to get it back home.
She just could not lose the Asphodel plantation, it would kill her, she needed to figure things out. Perhaps a trip back to Louisiana was in order, but what sort of reason could she make to do just that, she was not going to be able to force herself to leave Elysia behind. Lorelei was trying hard to make real decisions, if she should go ahead and risk herself and Elysia, but save her generational family home, or lose her family's home and risk her own sanity.
Walking over towards her daughter's crib where Elysia was cooing to herself and playing with her hands under the purple blanket where Lori had swaddled her up in. Smiling softly, Lorelei ran the back of her knuckles gently against her daughter's face. "Oh mon petit ange how I love you... I just wish I knew the right decision." A small tear came from her eye and she quickly wiped it away, Lori's heart was torn...

Lance was not the best at sitting still, and he was not the best at talking to people, and defiantly not the best at forward planning. Something he was good at was information. Most of the stuff going on at camp he knew at least a little about, enough to know he shouldn't bother people. He knew the camp planner Mrs. Asphodel was having problems and it wasn't something an outsider needed to deal with, but he also knew she had an adorable baby girl. He wasn't sure why, or what prompted him to do it, but he had made a few things for her. It started as a little blanket he made in his spare time, then an attempt at a pillow pet, then a little hat. He didn't even know if the hat would fit, but it was all hidden so no one knew about it and he finally decided he should probably hand over the gifts.
He didn't like to be seen, especially not with a cute baby blanket with stars, a pikachu, and a white hat with a little pink flower on it. He managed to make his way through the camp looking for Mrs. Asphodel, and he found her in what should have been the first place he looked. Her office. Her door was open as it usually was, incredibly girly but always inviting. The words floated to his ears and he paused in the doorway before knocking, wondering if he should simply leave and place these things back in his hiding place. His face was red from his embarrassment, and from the cold outside. Before really making a decision his knuckled rapped once on the entry way, startling him.
“Uh....um....s...sorry to bother you.” He stammered, being the one to initiate a conversation was possibly his worst ability. He wanted to place the things down and leave, but that would have been rude, and gifts from unknown people could never be trusted anymore. “These things, I made....for...” Lance could not look up, it was wrong for a guy to make things like this wasn't it? It was embarrassing, and such girly things. He wished for a moment he had not made them, that he had ignored the urge. His eyes glanced up toward the mother and daughter combination by the crib. So small, an angelic little baby girl.
“For Elysia.” he attempted to stand up straight, to look Mrs. Asphodel in the face and not make his knee's knock. Calming himself down he was able to accomplish his task, the red in his cheeks faded and he looked at least a little more confident.

Cole had taken a break from his usuaul arena duties to find some time to work on his reports for Chiron. Most of them were incident reports and others were were some lesson plans for Lori. As the camp planner, Cole felt like she deserved one of the many copies he had to make. He finished the last paper before shoving them into different folders, one for injuries, one for the available armor and weapons in the arena, and the other for Lori. He had marked it so. Cole had even taken the liberty of putting some little flower stickers all over it so there was no mistaking it. He had a break for a few hours before the little pleebs would show up for class. Cole shoved a stray footlocker box under a desk so no one would trip over it. In the arena, Cole could dance a deadly dance. Not fighting however, was a different story.
Cole pushed open the door of the infirmary and handed the file of injuries to the Apollo medic that was manning the front desk. He then passed off his other file to Chiron before letting him know that there were some weapons missing, so he would be doing a sweep of the Hermes cabin later. Things that went missing always seemed to end up there. It was like that dark void under the bed or the sock monster that devoured everything in the dryer. He followed up his usuaul path to Lori's office. Cole was impressed on how it had been decorated and he was rather fond of Elysia. He had forgotten her surprise. He would return with it later, hopefully he wouldn't be forced to come here earlier then this time next week with his usual lesson plans. He didn't want to get lectured for beating another camper to near death.
"Hey Lori I got..." Cole stood still for a moment and looked at Lance. He was a son of hermes and had only seen him maybe once or twice. The guy designed the climbing wall and did a hell of a job doing what he did. "Sorry Lori, Didn't mean to interrupt. Just needed to drop off this file for you. I promise that I'm not going to maim or kill anyone... this time." Cole gave an evil laugh. He really didn't intend some of the injuries, but being in an arena class, injuries were bound to happen at some point. Most people called him a hard ass and over zealous when it came to doing arena training. That's just how he was. "How's the little lightening bug doing?" Cole asked as he peered over at Elysia.
